We started to work in this activity (apartments management) since 2003, a work that we as a family did with pleasure and joy, every year we have received over 2000 travelers in our apartments.
Since that time that we have been earning experience and now we know exactly what each client needs and wants. All our apartments were selected thinking in the clients’ comfort and well being. As locals we know the best that our beautiful Lisbon has to offer and we pass that information to our clients, due to our friendly service most of our clients have became good friends, this is one of our big advantage compared to the other campanies. Terms & Conditions
Booking and deposit
To confirm your booking, Myplace must receive the online prepayment(20%). The required prepayment amount depends on: the selected apartment, the number of guests and the length of your stay. This amount is shown in the price calculation and also on the online booking form. Please remember that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received; then you receive the booking confirmation by email. The remaining balance, along with the damage deposit, needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is delivered at your departure, after the owner has inspected the accommodation. The normal check out time is at 11am(if you need a late check out please confirm whit the owner/manager).
Cancellation or change
- Notice given less than 15 days prior to arrival: you must pay 50% of the total balance;
- Notice given less than 24 hours or no prior notice: you must pay 100% of the total balance. Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, in any case. All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
The accommodation is carefully cleaned to your arrival. On your departure, you are required take out the garbage; close all windows and turn off all electric equipment the accommodation should be left in a good condition.
During your stay
Myplace provides an online booking service using accommodation owners. Myplace is not responsible for personal damage or injury while staying in an accommodation; Disputes between the client and a third part. The responsibility of Myplace is limited to the amount paid for the booking service. Myplace is not part of the rental agreement; any complaints must be directed to the owner/contact during the stay.
